孩子的媽媽說，兩口子都是警察，經常會利用一些機會對孩子進行普法教育、增強孩子的責任感！然而，在我們身邊，不少家長的做法與此不同，認為孩子與「責任」二字不沾邊，不管犯了什麼錯，一句「他還是個孩子」似乎就能開脫。

近日，馬鞍山市公安局官方微博「@馬鞍山公安在線」發布了一條「一個警察子女的十四歲生日」的微博，博文還配有一款特別定製的生日蛋糕的圖片。這條微博一經發出，網友紛紛點贊。
照片的拍攝者是安徽省馬鞍山市一位女民警嚴警官，她說孩子平時就喜歡看一些法律類的書籍，以前她在參加公安執法資格考試時，兒子會陪她一起看書，有時候甚至比自己看得還要認真。嚴警官說，由於兩口子都是警察，所以平時在法治教育方面，她對兒子的交流可能會看重一些，經常進行相關普法教育。
據了解，嚴警官的兒子是一名初三學生，在過14歲生日之前，父母就跟他有過一次交流，告訴他14歲具備一定的辨認和控制能力，按照相關法律規定，就要負一定的刑事責任了。

其實除了法律責任外，孩子還需要承擔其他責任，而現實生活中不少大人看到孩子犯錯了往往會說「他還是個孩子」，用一句話為孩子犯下的錯誤開脫。如果長此以往，孩子責任感缺失，後果可是很嚴重的呢！
沒有責任感的孩子，會長成啥樣？
如果一個孩子從小被溺愛，缺乏責任感的培養，會長成啥樣呢？據媒體報道，22歲的哈爾濱男孩晨宇（化名），18歲時出國留學2年敗光200萬元卻連預科都沒畢業；回國後到大專院校求學，不到 兩個月就棄學回家；與游戲為伴，僅剩的交流就是向家人要錢。
據報道，因為父母離異，晨宇從小和奶奶一起生活，一直處在被溺愛的環境中。留學回到家後也只會窩在房間玩電腦游戲。到現在22歲還要奶奶給喂飯，幾乎失去了生活能力。當然，這則新聞報道的是一個極端案例，但是如果孩子從小就沒人教他負責任，長期處在極度寬松、溺愛的環境中，極有可能長成所謂的「巨嬰」。沒有責任感的孩子，會長成啥樣呢？
以自我為中心
波波是個活潑聰明，反應靈敏的孩子。可有些時候控制不住自己的行為：玩積木的時候要挑選自己喜歡的，站隊的時候自己要當第一，游戲時要別人聽他的指揮，要不他就在別人游戲時橫沖直撞去搗亂，經常有小朋友來告他的狀。
像波波這樣的小孩子，就是比較缺乏責任感的孩子。缺乏責任感往往會使得孩子變得自私貪婪，以自我為中心的孩子不會想「應該」、「不應該」，他只會想我要怎樣，就一定要怎樣，不願考慮別人的感受。
推卸逃避責任
這一類的孩子在學校表現會比較突出，例如老師布置的任務沒能完成便將責任推卸給別人。比如，老師讓帶一件東西來學校，結果忘了帶的孩子問其原因便說：「爸爸沒給我准備，媽媽忘了給我拿」，而不會想到是自己的責任。
久而久之，長大後也是順理成章地把過錯推給別人，不能認清和承認自己的問題。
缺乏自理能力
孩子不會主動收拾自己的物品，玩具、學慣用品隨處亂放，找不到時便大喊大叫，甚至哭鬧，吃剩的食物殘渣不肯自己收拾干凈等等。
當孩子漸漸長大，父母不在身邊的時候，往往會遇事無法自己處理，工作、生活一團糟。
這些責任，一定要早點教給孩子承擔
很多家長都喜歡說一句話，「不管多大，始終都是孩子」。正是這樣的心態，培養出了不少「熊孩子」，他們四處破壞，衣來伸手飯來張口。為了讓孩子能夠主動承擔，日後成為家庭和社會的樑柱，以下這6個責任一定要教會他！
法律責任——法律是不可觸碰的底線
從2017年秋季新學期開始，我國在小學和初中分別編寫了法治教育專冊教材，內容以憲法教育為核心，系統強化法治教育。教材將憲法的規定與生活中常見的社會事務結合起來，從學生的經驗出發，引導學生對憲法地位和憲法精神的理解和認同，從而真正從內心認同法治，樹立法治信仰。
孩子除了在學校接受法治教育，回到家裡，家長也可以帶著孩子通過一些電視劇、法律節目給他們增長法律知識。法律是我們一切行為的基本准則，告訴孩子什麼年紀該負什麼樣的法律責任，讓他們對自己的行為有一個基本的認知，懂法才能遵守法律。
家庭責任——做家務必不可少
很多小學已經將家務勞動課作為必修課程，鼓勵孩子幫助家長多做家務。同時也會組織大家對學校進行定時清掃，培養大家熱愛勞動的意識。
用戶@Cathy就留言說：「共建一個溫馨的家是每個家庭成員的責任，孩子也不能排除在外，責任感的培養不能因年齡而忽視。」生活自理能力是培養孩子學會承擔責任的重要內容。簡單的家務已不是困難的事了，讓孩子吃飯後將自己的碗筷清洗干凈，周末把自己的房間打掃一下，平時幫父母做些簡單的家務，讓孩子養成良好的服務意識與勞動觀念，不僅使他們在日後的生活中離開父母也可以生活，更能培養他們的耐心和做事認真的態度。
學習責任——自主學習才是王道
最近「陪娃寫作業」成了大家熱議的話題，陪娃寫作業經常是孩子作業沒寫好，家長被氣得夠嗆。父母長期的陪伴學習看似是對孩子負責任的表現，但是這樣陪伴出來的孩子往往缺乏自主思考的能力，容易形成一種依賴的習慣。
此外，有父母在旁邊監督和陪伴的學習也會讓孩子感覺學習不是自己的事情，是給父母學的。在學習上，越早學會獨立自主孩子越早受益，所以父母要學會放手，讓孩子對自己的學習有一個目標和計劃，更有利於他的成長。
生活責任——自己的事學會自己做
用戶@張芪苓和@褪色的記憶認為：「應該讓孩子做力所能及的事，六歲左右的孩子，就應該要自己穿衣服、刷牙，做完作業學著把學慣用品收好。」孩子總有離開父母的一天，總要學會自己長大。告訴孩子，自己的事情自己做，自己學會收拾自己的書包，自己學會扎頭發等等。隨著年齡的增大，孩子自己能做的事情就要教給他自己做。
自護的責任——懂得如何保護自己
孩子進入幼兒園、小學這樣的「小社會」必然要學著與其他人相處，當孩子被其他人欺負的時候，一定要先問清事情的來龍去脈，公正、客觀地幫助孩子分析，並且告訴孩子如果再遇到類似情況該怎樣自我保護。
要告訴他不欺負人，尤其是不能夠欺負比自己弱的人，如果別人欺負你，你就要保護自己，不要受到傷害。這里不是教育孩子打回去，而是希望孩子變得更加沉著，要有勇氣去處理。
擔當的責任——為自己的行為承擔後果
自己犯的錯誤要自己承擔，比如踢足球把鄰居家的玻璃打碎了，這時候父母不要及時出面為孩子擋事，讓孩子認識到自己的錯誤，主動向鄰居承認錯誤，認真聽取鄰居的教導，這樣下次他就會注意了，類似的問題就不會輕易發生了。
用戶@人保小羊就建議：「孩子弄壞了別人的東西，應該由他自己道歉。賠不起由父母賠，不過要孩子寫欠條，通過幫助父母做些額外的家務來還錢。」這樣的做法更利於培養孩子的擔當和責任心，自己犯的錯誤要自己解決，而不是一味地依賴家長。

C. 黃日華喪妻首過生日，女兒曬照慶祝眾星祝福，回歸正常生活了嗎
梁潔華去世已有百日，喪妻後黃日華一直極少現身公開場合，大家都很關心他。
一家人對抗病魔多年，梁潔華還是在2020年5月離開了。
悲痛是一定有的，那段時間媒體多次拍到黃日華父女倆眼睛通紅，但活著的人生活還在繼續，這幾個月曬出的動態中，他們都笑著往前走。
這次黃日華59歲生日，希望他生日快樂，以後一直健健康康！
